Machine Operator Trainee (2nd and 3rd shift)

This is an entry level position as a utility helper that will work alongside the machine operator as a helper while training to operate the machines. We are seeking individuals with a mechanical aptitude and the desire to move into a machine operator role.

R&D Technologist

 

Seeking an energetic and motivated R&D Technologist to join our team. This individual will support sales and manufacturing with custom color matching and evaluation of raw materials. Provide technical support to the sales and ink room personnel and support research activities toward product development. A.S. in Science (BS preferred). A strong mechanical aptitude required. 3-5 years’ experience in a lab in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Formulating experience preferred.

Customer Service Representative

​

We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Holyoke, MA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with current and potential customers. They will support the sales staff and co-workers offering any assistance possible. The ideal candidate will have a two-year degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and minimum two years’ experience in a customer service role. Strong attention to detail is a must!        

 

Seeking a highly motivated shipping clerk to join our team in our Holyoke location. The responsibility of this position is to ensure that all aspects of the inventory and shipping of Hazen goods are completed to meet the standards set by management and to the expectations of Hazen’s customers. At least 1 year of shipping experience is required. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
